Pure Water, Inc. (originally named Pure Water Society, Inc.) was founded in 1968 near Lincoln, Nebraska, USA. During the 1970’s with the assistance of well-known celebrities Rudy Valle, Zig Ziglar and Earl Nightingale, Pure Water became a dominant company in the design, manufacturing and marketing of water purification equipment utilizing the process of distillation. This equipment was targeted towards home and office needs for high purity drinking water.
Today, and after more than 50+ years, there are hundreds of thousands of satisfied customers in discriminating homeowners, hosts of commercial and industrial users all over the world.
In 1991, Malaysia, first in the country – the bottled water plant to process drinking water by vapor compression was set up in Kuala Lumpur this was followed up Pure Water (JB) in 1993 then Pure Water (Penang).
Several local state department has selected Pure Water products & service for use Klang valley & Johor Bahru. Other customers include Bank Negara, Iskandar Regional Development Authority, Malaysia Marine Heavy Engineering, Kerry Ingredients, Johor Port Authority, KPJ, Kensington Hospital & branded car service centres such as BMW, Toyota & Honda.
In 2006, Pure Water (KL) Sdn Bhd’s bottling plant was HACCP Certified by the Ministry of Health, Malaysia. Pure Water (JB) Sdn Bhd is ISO & HACCP Certified since 2009
