Pure Water (JB) Sdn Bhd  – Machine Rental :

Terms & Conditions 

1. Equipment Care and Responsibility

The customer (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”) agrees to use the rented coffee machine (hereinafter referred to as “Equipment”) with care and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
The Customer is solely responsible for any damage to the Equipment caused by their negligence, misuse, or improper handling. Pure Water (JB) Sdn. Bhd. (hereinafter referred to as “PWJB”) reserves the right to assess and charge the Customer for the repair or replacement of such user-caused damage.

2. Loss of Equipment

In the event of loss of the Equipment during the rental period, the Customer shall be liable for the full replacement cost of the Equipment at its prevailing market value.

3. Rental Period and Payment

The rental period is as per agreement signed, starting from the date the Equipment is delivered to the Customer.  The Customer agrees to pay the full monthly rental fee regardless of the Equipment’s return date within the same month.

4. Late Payment

All monthly rental fees must be paid within the first 7 days of the rental month. PWJB reserves the right to retrieve the Equipment without a refund of the deposit if payment is not received within the designated timeframe. 

 

5. Deposit and Return

Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit will be collected from the Customer at the start of the rental agreement. This deposit helps ensure responsible care for the equipment.

Returning the Equipment: When you return the Equipment in reasonably good condition, with only normal wear and tear, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. Normal wear and tear includes minor scratches, fading, or light surface blemishes that occur through typical use.

Damage Beyond Normal Wear and Tear: If the Equipment is returned with damage exceeding normal wear and tear (e.g., broken parts, significant scratches, malfunction due to misuse), Pure Water (JB ) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to withhold a portion of the deposit to cover the repair costs.

Withhold Security Deposit

The security deposit may be withheld, in whole or in part, to cover any associated costs arising from the breach. These costs could include:

i) Late fees for overdue payments.

ii) Collection fees for unpaid rentals.

iii) Early termination.

iv) Repair costs for damage exceeding normal wear and tear.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

Pure Water (JB) Sdn Bhd shall not be held liable for any incident, injury, or loss arising from the use of the Equipment, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. The Customer assumes full responsibility for the safe and proper operation of the Equipment.

7. Additional Terms

Jitron reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the Terms & Conditions will be available on our website and provided to the Customer upon request.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Customer and PWJB regarding the machine rental and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements.
