Operations & Customer Service Administrator

    We are looking for an Operations & Customer service Administrator to support the daily operations of our company. To be successful as an Operations & Customer service Administrator you should be able to oversee and ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. Ultimately, a top-notch Operations & Customer service Administrator should be highly organized and ability to remain calm when dealing with challenging customers.

Job Description

  • Answering phones and responding to client requests and inquiries.
  • Receive customer orders on telephone, via email, fax or post
  • Respond to customer inquiries, Process customer orders on time and in a timely manner
  • Resolve problems pertaining to customer orders
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Managing and updating company databases.
  • Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies.
  • Maintain and update customers’ database
  • Drafting and mailing customer correspondence and newsletters
  • Organizing events, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements
  • Managing the maintenance of office and facility equipment
  • Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM
  • Able to read and write in English or Bahasa Malaysia
  • Ability to converse in Chinese is not required but will be an advantage
  • Experience working with computer
  • No work experience is needed. On-the-job training will be provided
